Sigfox connectivity will no longer be sold or renewed through our platform.
Since the majority of our IoT solutions is done via local operators who sell the connectivity directly, Sigfox connectivity will no longer be sold or renewed through our platform.
After this change, it will not be possible to:
- Register a device and purchase Sigfox connectivity in the same step.
- Extend Sigfox connectivity for devices that were previously connected this way.
To keep your device online and transmitting data after your current Sigfox connectivity expires, you must arrange Sigfox connectivity directly with an authorized Sigfox operator in your country.
What you need to do:
- Contact your local Sigfox operator.
- Purchase or renew the required Sigfox connectivity plan.
- Complete activation with the operator before your current connectivity expires.
