Export data from multiple devices to CSV
We have added the possibility to export data from multiple devices to CSV. This feature can be found under Group management – Devices via the new button “Export messages”. Simply select the “Target Group”, tick either “All visible/All in group” or select devices one by one and click the “Export messages”.
After clicking the “Export messages” you get to choose wheter you prefer to “Export all data” or manually target message types based on the Manufacturer and Device type. Once all data selected, click “Export” and download of CSV will automatically start.
Please note, that the maximum CSV export is 10 000 rows.

Added support for Connected TwinGuard
Connected TwinGuard is a connected temperature and humidity metering device with two external sensors. The device measures and sends the temperature and humidity measurements once in every 30 minutes, the interval can be configured remotely via the network.

Extend multiple devices
With the possibility to import more devices at once, we also want you to have a chance to extend the subscription for multiple devices with either expired/expiring platform access or expired/expiring Sigfox connectivity and platform access.
Together with this change, we have removed the Diagnostics dashboard and moved the Expiration filter to Group management, tab Devices. From here you can select devices that already expired or are about to and Extend subscription. For more details go Support – Guides – Extend connectivity (multiple devices).
Currently, this extension is in beta test and it is available only to certain users, in a few weeks we are going to release it for all users or per request.
Import multiple devices at once
In the upcoming update, we are going to bring you the possibility to import multiple devices at once.
The process starts the same as registering a single device where instead of entering a device ID you select an option “Import from CSV file”. The CSV file requires certain formatting that is described in section Support on our website: https://iofrog.com/import-multiple-devices/ .

Improved visualisation of last position
We have improved the visualization of the last position, so you can see the location source. Different sources = different icons. The correct icon will appear with new messages from now (the last position based on older messages shows Atlas by default until the new message arrives).

Include message data to notification templates
You can add message data to the notification template now, so the notification may include your current temperature, access point name, or geoplace name.
Possibility to use Google geolocation service over Here for white label partners
We have switched from Google to Here to translate MAC addresses to lat/lng to keep the low price of our service even if the success rate with Google is higher than Here but if you are a white label partner and prefer Google service, you can provide your own Google token now.
