Use casesUse anywhere you can expect a flood. Device will alert you before your neighbours start complaining or before extensive damage occurs. Smart device will inform you if temperature is close to freezing (about 3°C) – perfect for cottages and huts. SimpleLeak automatically sends heartbeat messages every 24 hours, so you can easily check that the device is functioning.

Specific settingsNo special setup is needed.
ActivationFirst, complete registration of your device at I/O Frog and then activate device.

Put water (2mm level is enough) onto a plate and place the device in it. Short beep will sound. Remove from water. After 15 secs, three short beeps announce the Start of operation.

Alerts
  • In case of overturn or water leakage detection you have 10 seconds (indicated by beeping) to fix it before the appropriate alarm is sent. In case of end of leakage or overturn appropriate end of event message is sent.
  • Antifreeze alert (around 3°C)
  • Above-normal room temperature alert (around 45°C)
  • Very high temperature alert (around 60°C)
DeactivationTo turn the device off completely, hold it in upside-down position for 15 seconds. The device will continue beeping until the turned-off status is reached. In order to turn the device on again, please follow the steps for activation.
