Ready to manage large number of devices and users
All devices are organized inside groups. The purpose of groups is to:
- Organize all devices in a tree-like structure primarily based on the ownership.
- Invite new users to your group
- Define all features once on the group level and apply them to all devices inside the group. The group features are:
- Tags
- Notification rules
- Geoplaces
- Public channels
- Forwardings
- Provide perfect support to end users, an admin sees what the end-user sees
Full control over the user permissions
Users have a relation to groups. There are 4 types of rights:
- No-access
- Read-only
- Update
- Full management
You can control these rights for every user:
- Group management – access to the tree, creating new sub-groups, deleting subgroups, etc.
- Access management – management of user access
- Device access – read / update / full management of devices
- Downlink – update device settings via downlink messages
- Connectivity – buy/extend connectivity
- Tags – manage tags
- Geoplaces – manage geo-places
- Notification rules – manage notification rules
- Public channel – create channels and publish devices in channels
- Forwarding – view/set forwarding to other servers
- Payments – do online payments
- Diagnostic data – access diagnostic dashboard and message log
- Sigfox data – access data from Sigfox backend (e.g. PAC code)
- Credits – manage SMS credits
Supports different business models

Full service (B2B mainly)
- You buy X coupons covered by the invoice for the platform access
- You sell the full package to your customer at your price (consulting, device, connectivity, support, platform access), and collect money outside the platform
- You create an account for your customer, register devices, and use a prepaid coupon you bought from us.
- Devices are automatically registered to your device type in Sigfox backend by IO Frog server
- You handover the account, devices, do training, etc…
- Customer cannot sign up directly and cannot register new devices

Full service (B2B, a large number of devices in one batch)
- We prepare everything for you including device registration-based and send you an invoice.

Customers register devices by themselves (B2C)
- Same as “Full service” scenario but the customer does signup and uses a coupon to register a new device
- Option to pre-import devices to simplify the device registration process

Collection to partner’s account (best for B2C)
- The customer creates his own account
- Customer register device and does online payment
- The online payment goes to partner’s merchandise account (currently Paypal, more options will be supported in the future)
- We send you an invoice every month to pay a platform access fee for devices connected in the last month
- Option to pre-import devices to simplify the device registration process
