Extend multiple devices
You can extend multipl devices from Group management.
Go to Group manager, tab Devices and choose devices you want to extend:
- Devices with expired / expiring platform access
- Devices with expired / expiring Sigfox connectivity and platform access
At this moment, we do not allow to transfer multiple devices from 3rd party connectivity to our connectivity.
Click on button Extend subscription.
- Choose the product
- You can optionally upload a file with CSV coupons in text file, one coupon = one line, no header
- Check the final price
The subscription will be updated immediately if the total price is zero or the new items will be created in Shopping cart.
