Support for an external switch on devices from SimpleHW

We have added support for data from external switches A and B that can be sent by SimplePack 3 and newer, SimpleIndustry / SimpleMeter if supported by a specific device model.
You can add data from switch A and switch B via downlink on Heartbeat 1, Heartbeat 2, and all messages that supports appended data.
Data from external switch (ON/OFF) then will be available on the main dashboard and in charts.

UX improvements in Connectivity management

New form layout comes with much better clarity, better space utilization, and visualization. The prices are now being displayed without VAT in connectivity management and also in new device registration wizard because many international partners buy in reverse charge mode without VAT.

Direct button for credit card payments

We carefully listen to your feedback and today we have added a separate button for credit card payments right to the checkout page for your convenience.

Send notifications only in specific time range and on specific days of the week

You can specify the time range and day of the week you want to send notifications, for example from 9:30 to 18:00 on working days only.

Added support for SimpleMeter and SimpleIndustry

SimpleMeter is a nicely designed indoor temperature and humidity sensor with flexible usage.

SimpleIndustry offers heavy-duty devices to serve logistics and cold-chain monitoring use cases.

SimpleIndustry Hot can withstand extreme temperatures up to 105°C. SimpleIndustry supports measurement via 2 external probes.

New RC7 zone support in the Russian language

You can register devices in radio zone 7 now and switch IO Frog to the Russian language. The web app is completely translated, we will gradually add the translation of notification templates, device messages, and mobile app in the next days.


Adeunis DRY CONTACTS

I/O Frog now supports the Dry Contacts sensor manufactured by Adeunis.

With the DRY CONTACTS sensor, you can report states (0-1) and alarms and control relays.

Overview of last notifications

Check the list of last notifications sent to e-mail, SMS or pushed to mobile phones.


Track the last values from past messages on the main dashboard

Imagine your device sends messages with door status – the door is open or closed. You utilize the main dashboard and monitor a door status regularly but once your device sends a heartbeat or any other message not containing a door status, you have to dig into the history and search the last status. From now, you can start tracking specific data and have them visible on your main dashboard even if the last message from the device does not contain such information.

How to start tracking such data:
Go to device Settings and choose data you want to track on the last activity tab:


Then even if the last message does not contain Door status (e.g. Heartbeat), you will see it:
