Track the last values from past messages on the main dashboard

Imagine your device sends messages with door status – the door is open or closed. You utilize the main dashboard and monitor a door status regularly but once your device sends a heartbeat or any other message not containing a door status, you have to dig into the history and search the last status. From now, you can start tracking specific data and have them visible on your main dashboard even if the last message from the device does not contain such information.

How to start tracking such data:
Go to device Settings and choose data you want to track on the last activity tab:


Then even if the last message does not contain Door status (e.g. Heartbeat), you will see it:

Recover deleted device

Have you deleted the device by mistake?

Register it again, enter the ID of the deleted device and it will be back in the currently selected group in one simple step, including the connectivity and platform access. The messages will not be recovered.
