Export data from multiple devices to CSV

We have added the possibility to export data from multiple devices to CSV. This feature can be found under Group management – Devices via the new button “Export messages”.

Simply select the “Target Group”, tick either “All visible/All in group” or select devices one by one and click the “Export messages”.



After clicking the “Export messages” you get to choose wheter you prefer to “Export all data” or manually target message types based on the Manufacturer and Device type. Once all data selected, click “Export” and download of CSV will automatically start.

Please note, that the maximum CSV export is 10 000 rows.

Extend multiple devices

With the possibility to import more devices at once, we also want you to have a chance to extend the subscription for multiple devices with either expired/expiring platform access or expired/expiring Sigfox connectivity and platform access.

Together with this change, we have removed the Diagnostics dashboard and moved the Expiration filter to Group management, tab Devices. From here you can select devices that already expired or are about to and Extend subscription. For more details go Support – Guides – Extend connectivity (multiple devices).

Currently, this extension is in beta test and it is available only to certain users, in a few weeks we are going to release it for all users or per request.
