All devices manage the battery status in different ways. Some are sending 3 levels, some are sending only the low battery status, some are sending volts, some mV… We are introducing unified battery level that will enable to map all device specific statuses into one battery level status with clear business meaning. There will be 4 statuses: Full, Normal, Low, Critical.
From now, the unified battery level is added to Ayga and all new SimpleHW devices using API 6. We will add to other devices once we collect the mapping data from device manufactures.
In the first phase, you will see an unified battery level right beside Sigfox LQI indicator and you will be able to use the indicator in the definition of notification rules, later you will be able to search devices by battery status.
We have implemented an indoor air quality index based on this this model. It is being currently applied to Airwits devices but more will follow. You can also upload 2D plan of the building, multiple levels supported, and see the current level of air quality like this:

Since we have added a support for user permissions, user levels started to be confusing…so they are gone 🙂

If you need to check the downlinks the server sent to specific device, you can now search an audit log for “Sending downlink” records like this:

We track almost all actions in a rich audit log. Some specific parts of this audit log are now available to owners of the group. Owners are now able to check all changes relevant to selected group and all subgroups.
We have added a new option – a visualisation of volume using a “pictorial fraction chart”. This is just a first version to collect a feedback. We may add more customisations in future releases.

We listen to your feedback and so we have improved UI of current group selection. From now, just click on the group name to go down the tree and click on “Change current group” button when you are happy with your selection. If you need to higher in the tree, click on the group name at any level of the path:
